A: Yes, Jesterware were one of first software companies to implement full 640x480 H.264 support in our products.

Q: Can I rip just a portion of a DVD, using a start time and an end time ?
A: Yes, use the integral DVD player to do this, full details are in the help file.

Q: Does DVD to iPod work on Vista ?
A: Yes it does and we are full UAC compliant.

Q: Does DVD to iPod work on Windows XP64 and Vista 64bit edition ?
A: Yes our software does operate in 64bit operating systems, but it is still a 32bit application.

Q: What models of iPod does DVD to iPod support ?
A: All models of iPod are supported.

Q: Can I crop black bars from my DVD video file ?
A: Yes, we have a detect and crop black bars wizard within the software.

Q: How can I name my video files with a suitable file name, such as Star Wars.MP4 ?
A: Simply type in the file name you want in the output file column on the main program window, against the title you are ripping.

Q: What type of DVD image files does DVD to iPod support ?
A: Just about all types of DVD image files can be opened by DVD to iPod - ISO, NRG, BIN, IMG to name a few.

Q:After purchasing DVD to iPod, I have lost the main installation file, what can I do ?
A: You can always download the full version of your software from our members area.

Q: Can I convert just VOB files with DVD to iPod ?
A: It depends. If you just have VOB files without any corresponding IFO files, then you cannot use DVD to iPod to convert these file. You would need to use iPod Video Converter. If you have IFO files, then ensure all your IFO, BUP and VOB files are in a folder called VIDEO_TS and open that folder using Open DVD on Hard Drive function.
